Our Story
Set in a heritage quarter on North Canal Road by the Singapore River, steps from Clarke Quay, Manor 33 celebrates Shanghai-rooted Chinese gastronomy — the deep, soulful flavours of benbang cooking in dialogue with Cantonese finesse, live seafood, and the finest of the season.
"Jie" (界) means boundary — of space, and of mind. Within, three realms each hold their own world: Essence, rooted in heritage; Horizon, where doors open and ideas travel; Harmony, a boundless hall that gathers a thousand sails. A considered cellar of wine, whisky and cigars completes every occasion worth gathering for.
